Crafty Comment Karma and a Poll About Your Favorite Part of the Quilting Process

Written by Laura Chaney, daughter

Last week we asked, "How do you baste your quilts?" The results are in, and with a bit of variety, including two ways I hadn't thought of (Elmer's washable glue and no basting needed as a quilting frame is being used).

This week, we're asking about your FAVORITE part of the quilting process. Even if you love multiple parts of making a quilt, just choose your TOP favorite for this survey.

  1. I kind of thought pin basting would win out. This week I pin basted one for machine quilting and used my hand quilting frame for the other.

  2. My favorite part of the quilt process wasn't listed and that's choosing the fabrics. I just love color and fabrics and that's the most enjoyable part to me to decide on what fabrics to choose for the quilt, whether I designed it or not.

  3. Thanks for the invite to link up! I am just getting started on a new Scrap-A-Palooza quilt so I thought I would share.
