Work in Progress Wednesday #46- Mr. Bones, Take Two

Written by Linda Chaney, mother

I love my design wall.  Although I had planned to use black narrow borders as posted previously, I was not happy with the look. So I searched through my stash and started to experiment with different fabrics replacing the narrow black borders.

Mr. Bones

In addition, I found  two fabrics at one of my fabric quilt shops that brought the whole quilt together. It always amazes me how the look of a quilt can change by altering just a few minor pieces of fabric.

I've also designed the template needed to make the final border - but that's a story for another day.

Now to start cutting and sewing!

How do you attach your binding?

By machine to the front, then by hand on the back
By hand on both front and back
By machine on both front and back
